One-to-one counselling is available for carers and can help you to see things more clearly as you share your feelings confidentially, and in a safe place, with someone who respects you.

Regular sessions lasting around an hour are held at the Carers Centre.

To find out more about how a counsellor can help you please read this leaflet from the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) – Key facts: what do counsellors do?

If you are registered with the Centre contact us to book a session or speak to a support worker the next time you meet.
