Research and carers
Carers Centre Newcastle is committed to providing high quality services to carers, and recognises that this can involve conducting research. We believe that best practice involves stakeholders in research from project inception stage to dissemination and implementation.
Carers Centre Newcastle is keen to be involved in research that directly relates to and benefits carers, and to support carers to be involved in research where appropriate. As a charitable organisation, we ask that any staff involvement and resources are fully costed into research budgets wherever possible. Without this, we are generally only able to give limited support.
If you are a researcher interested in involving Carers Centre Newcastle in your research, we would very much like to hear from you. Please contact Rachel Parsons, our Training and Development Manager, to discuss.
